Ipuddo is a famous ramen franchise from Japan. The CBD restaurant has a beautifully decorated Japanese interior. Everytime I pass this place it has a long line. Very rich and wholesome ramen; I tried the original chashu, noodles had a good bite to it and a very comforting hot broth. Not too salty either. The gyoza was a bit disappointing, quite small with not much filling, but tasty nonetheless. The other gem was the seared salmon sushi roll, surprisingly tasty! Warm rice, lightly seared salmon, and a light mayo topping. Definitely worth getting on the side.
