Pullman Resort $$$
Was surprised that this resort had a vegan/vegetarian restaurant. Don’t usually eat vegetarian food, but have to say this place surprised me! Was given some lovely bread to start off with, and had a very decent soft cheese souffle for the entree. The ravioli with truffle was a bit heavy but still delicious. The chocolate dessert was not a favourite, but the passionfruit donuts went down very well.
