Italian $$$$
I don’t think I’ve even eaten Italian fine dining before, but this place blew me away! The set menu description is a little confusing, but the food tastes so good you don’t even care. The highlights were the bread with pate and caviar (it was like butter on a whole new level), the A5 Wagyu with foie gras, and the creamy fresh pasta. The fish also was serviced with a sauce that was incredible. Each dish definitely delivered; one of the best restaurants I’ve ever been too. On top of it all, a beautiful view! And it’s on the top floor of the National Gallery of Singapore, so you can make a day of it.
