Singaporean $$$
Only seemed fitting to go a Michelin star Singaporean restaurant when in Singapore. Quite a creative menu! A few fancy versions of some traditional foods, including chilli crab ice-cream. And one dish included a candle that melted into a sauce! The mains included a nice ode to the chefs dad who used to own a steakhouse. Dessert had a Heston-like cereal theme, which was surprisingly well-balanced and delicious. While it was a beautiful restaurant and all the dishes were well presented, probably not my favourite Asian flavours; still happy that we tried it.
