An unusual but fascinating high class restaurant in Lima. Using unique ingredients of South America, it included several dishes that I had never had before, including piranha! I feel like my palate wasn’t refined enough to fully appreciate this place, but definitely a night to remember. Has an episode dedicated to it on Chef’s Table. (Visited December 2017)
